Returns Policy

We hope you’re completely happy with your IREMIA order, but if you need to make a return, we’re here to help.

  • We are happy to accept returns for items within 14 days from the day you received it.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
  • We recommend using a tracked or signed service to mail your return and keeping your receipt as this is your proof of postage. 
  • For international returns, any duties incurred on your order will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we’ve received your return and checked the condition of the item, we’ll begin processing your refund. Please allow up to 10 days from the date we receive your return for this to be completed. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been processed.

If you opted to generate a returns label through our portal, the cost of that label will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or defected items

If you're returning a damaged or faulty item, please upload a clear photo of the issue when submitting your return through the portal. This helps us resolve things as quickly as possible.

We want you in the perfect fit. That’s why we offer free exchanges worldwide – yes, that includes return shipping and delivery of your new item.

Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll handle the rest.

One free exchange per order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days of receiving them.
