If your delivery is missing, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the dispatch confirmation email.

Europe

The shipping cost for EU orders is £14.95.

If customs fees are refused or left unpaid, the parcel will be returned to us.
Any shipping costs and import charges incurred will be deducted from your refund.

International

The shipping cost for orders outside the EU is £21.95.
